Mango Pudding

This is an easy and tasty pudding.......this tastes really good with fresh mangoes.Now as its season of mangoes thought will make this pudding.One of our friend was asking for this pudding for many months.He has tasted this once from here.I said him when we get fresh mangoes I'll make it for u.
Last week I bought different types of mangoes.Now to the recipe:







Ingredients:

3 Medium sized Riped Mangoes
3/4 to 1 tin Condensed milk
1 tin Nestle cream
2 Sachet Dreamwhip powder
1/2C Cold milk
10 grms Gelatine powder
4tbsp Water
2drops Mango essence
2drops Yellow food color
Powdered biscuits and nuts for garnishing




































Method:

1.Peel the mangoes and grind it in the mixer with nestle cream and condensed milk.(I used 3/4 tin only u can use as per your sweetness)
2.Soak the gelatine in water for sometime.
3.In a bowl beat dreamwhip with cold milk with essence and color.
4.Beat till its creamy and fluffy.



































5.Now mix the mango mixture to the dreamwhip mixture.
6.Double boil the gelatine mixture.
7.Now pour the gelatine to mango mixture and mix well.
8.Pour this in a pudding dish and set in fridge for 4 to 5 hrs or overnight.
9.When set garnish with powdered biscuits and nuts.
10.Serve and enjoy the taste of mangoes.

My Blog Turns 2!!!!!!!!!!!!! Celebrating With Boondhi Laddoo

Hi friends!!!!!My blog turning 2 today.........so happy to reach here.A big thanx to U all those who encouraged me and wished me the best to do all these.Made many good friends here.Learned many new dishes .......... once again thanx to my family and all my friends.................Hope U'll continue this love and encouragement .......
To celebrate an occasion we always choose sweets.......so here also I like to celebrate this moment with a sweet.The famous sweet boondhi laddoo......




































Ingredients:

2C Besan Flour
1 1/2C Water
2 Drops of yellow color
Oil for frying
1tbsp Fried cashews and raisins

For Sugar syrup:

1 1/2 C Sugar
1 to 1 1/4 C of water
A pinch of Saffron (optional)
1/2tsp Cardamom powder











Method:

1.Sieve the besan flour and keep aside.
2.Mix the water slowly to this flour and mix the batter without lumps.
3.It should not be so thick or so thin.
4.Add a drop of yellow color in the batter.
5.Now in a pan heat sugar,water ,saffron,cardamom powder and a 2 drops of yellow color in this too.
6.Boil the syrup till one thread consistency.
7.Off the flame anf keep aside.
8.Heat oil in a kadai.
9.Now pour the batter through laddle with holes directly to the hot oil.



































10.Fry the balls till done but the boodhis should not be so crispy.
11.Now strain the boodhis from oil and put into the sugar syrup.
12.Fry all the boodhis and pu to the sugar syrup.
13.Add the fried cashews and raisins to this.
14.Now mix the boodhis well in the sugar syrup.
15.Make balls out of this while its warm or it will be little difficult to make the laddoos.
16.Laddoos ready to enjoy!!!!
